    • To enable us to communicate with you about benefits, changes, or reminders regarding our healthcare plan.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you book online, register online, purchase items from our store or complete the contact form on the website.

If you fill in the contact form on the website, the information that you fill in as well as the message is sent directly to the practice email address by our website provider.

The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, IP address, your animal’s name, breed, sex and age.

Data is stored for as long as you are our client plus seven years. You can request that your data is deleted immediately if you wish.

Personal data and clinical records are stored on a secure, password protected, cloud based service. No other companies or third parties have access to these records.
