BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled on the day. This also applies if appointments are missed.

There is a charge for ALL appointments (including follow ups), and prescriptions, unless you have specifically told otherwise by the vet

All payment is due in full at the time of the consultation/ procedure unless otherwise agreed with the Veterinary Surgeon

We do not process Direct Claims with insurance companies.

We will only process insurance claims once invoices have been paid in full.

We may take up to seven days to process insurance claims
