BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee if appointments or procedures are cancelled on the day. This also applies if appointments are missed. We will typically levy a charge of 50% of the appointment/ procedure that has been cancelled.

There is a charge for ALL appointments (including follow ups), and prescriptions, unless you have specifically told otherwise by the vet

PAYMENT

All payment is due in full at the time of the consultation/ procedure unless otherwise agreed with the Veterinary Surgeon

INSURANCE CLAIMS

We do not process Direct Claims with insurance companies.

We will only process insurance claims once invoices have been paid in full.

We may take up to seven days to process insurance claims

RETURN OF PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS

Please note that we are not allowed to take back/ refund medication once it has been dispensed to you, other than to dispose of it
